Returns Policy
1. Return window
PureVision purchases are covered by a 60-day money-back guarantee. You may request a return within 60 calendar days of delivery by following the authorization process below.
2. Product condition
Return the product, including opened bottles, in its original packaging when available. Refund eligibility is limited to purchases made directly from PureVision and one approved guarantee claim per order. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law.
3. How to request a return
- Email barbelacompany@gmail.com with the subject “Return Request”.
- Include your full name, order number, and reason for the return.
- Wait for confirmation with shipping instructions and a return authorization code.

5. Refund
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, the refund will be processed within 10 (ten) business days. The amount will be refunded to the original payment method used for the purchase.
